What is it?

Set aside the unnecessary pressure of new year resolutions and use the beginning of 2026 as time to consider life and set your energetic compass. Connect within an intimate group, artistically express yourself, and eat yummy food, in two amazingly creative and cozy artist studios, at this special workshop.

You’ll begin your adventure with exclusive access to the working studio of artist and yoga instructor, Karen Guzak. You’ll find a comfortable spot to sip tea and snack while contemplating some key life components in a reflection journal that can be used year after year, to consider the future of what’s ahead, and look back at how far you’ve come.

 Next, you’ll take a short walk down to stilig studio where we’ll continue the journey with a Process Painting session. You’ll express your 2026 intentions through colorful brush strokes in the uplifting stilig studio environment.

 No artist experience is necessary, because with Process Painting it’s about being present with each moment, allowing intuition to guide the painting, setting aside judgement and interpretation, and “going with the flow”.

 By taking time for yourself, especially to consider what you’d like for yourself in 2026, you’re mindfully placing attention toward something…and by doing so, energy follows. This is a tradition we’ve done in my family for years. History’s shown that by giving thought to specific areas of life, somehow the things we desire to adjust for the future self, come to fruition.
